Delete your JORLAR account

Users of the JORLAR mobile application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete your account in the mobile app

1. Open the JORLAR application.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open the Profile section.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm the account deletion request.

Request deletion through the website

If you are unable to access the application, send an account deletion request to:

Please send the request from the email address associated with your JORLAR account and use the subject:

After verifying the request, we will delete the account and personal data associated with it.

Information relating to completed orders, invoices, payments and accounting records may be retained where required by applicable tax, accounting or legal obligations.
