JORLAR is hiring an IT Process Specialist (m/f/d)!

Join an international team and work on an exciting project for a German public authority while enjoying the flexibility of working primarily remotely from Prague.

💼 What you’ll do:
✔️ Support ITSM processes
✔️ Create and discuss reports
✔️ Train and onboard users
✔️ Maintain documentation
✔️ Improve business processes

✅ What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years of experience with ITSM processes
* Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
* Strong MS Office skills
* Excellent German language skills (C1)
* Structured and proactive approach

📍 Location
Remote from Prague with occasional business trips to Wiesbaden and Frankfurt (approximately 10%).
