In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us by email before the withdrawal period expires.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase is required.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital licenses and downloadable software

• Activated software keys or opened license codes

• Customized or special-order products

• Products damaged due to improper use

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@jorlar.com.

We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

For business customers (B2B), return rights may differ and are subject to individual contractual agreements.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, digital products supplied by JORLAR s.r.o. are subject to specific conditions.

When purchasing digital licenses, activation keys, downloadable software, or digital services, the customer expressly agrees that:

• The digital content may be delivered immediately after purchase.

• The right of withdrawal may expire once the digital content has been fully delivered or activated.

Once a license key has been issued, activated, or made accessible to the customer, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded unless the product is defective or does not function as described.

In case of defective digital content, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or proportionate price reduction in accordance with applicable EU law.
